The BarBurrito name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BarBurrito Canada or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BarBurrito Canada and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services;
• Any content obtained from our Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the amount paid by you to BarBurrito Canada during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BarBurrito Canada disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BarBurrito Canada makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our Services or the content of any websites linked to our Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Services. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to be bound by them.

Termination

Severability
