BarBurrito was born in 2005 in Toronto with a simple mission: to serve fresh, customizable Tex-Mex food in a fast-casual environment. Our founder noticed that while Canadians loved Tex-Mex cuisine, there weren't many options that combined quality, freshness, and convenience.
Starting with just one location, we focused on building burritos that were both delicious and satisfying, using only the freshest ingredients prepared daily. Word quickly spread about our flavorful options and customizable menu, leading to rapid growth throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Today, BarBurrito has expanded to over 80 locations across Canada, making us one of the country's fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant brands. Despite our growth, we remain committed to our core values: fresh ingredients, customizable options, and friendly service in a vibrant atmosphere.
